Do I have to ask for it again

I have moved my internet services to another provider and was informed that they could also manage my Telkom line. All I have to do is to request Telkom to place my account in the holding pool. I phoned them in the beginning of November and was told that it would take about 3 days. I then requested my new service provider to take over the line from Telkom.

The take over was rejected as the line was still not in the holding pool. On or around the 19th I phoned Telkom again placing a second request to move my line to the holding pool. I informed my new service provider about this and around the 23rd they made another attempt to take over the line. This attempt also failed as the line was still not in the holding pool. I have tried since yesterday to phone telkom but every call just plays music and tells me about their high call volume for about 16 minutes and then goes quite. I then have to phone again. If they would do what they promise then they will not have high call volumes. You are supposed to deliver a service. What the public gets are excuses for impotency. I am paying for this so called service.
