Diverted Calls Concern

<p>A call was logged through your website related to the diverting of calls and it was ascertained that this occurred not from my phone and mobile but against that of INVESTEC PRIVATE BANK's call centre so clients calls were lost to another line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Given the risk, the consultant said he would contact me via email and provide me with detail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you please request that this information be provided to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The number and time of call was from ********** 541 and around 9.26AM on 10 August 2016.</p>
