Disserviced.

Oh what a disservice I got at Telkom Musgrave in Durban. I knock off at 17:00 at work and I rushed to Telkom Musgrave cause I googled their trading hours and it said they close at 18:00. I got to the store at 17:45 where I was told that even though the store closes at 18:00 as stated on their website, their system shuts downs at 17:30 which is utter BS; I know very well that if it was a sale everyone would’ve jumped to assist me but because I just wanted to link an eSIM to ONE of my CONTRACTS with TELKOM then I get told that the system shuts down at 17:30 whereas there was another customer in store that was being assisted by another agent which makes me wonder if this system is selective. Also why not close your doors at 17:30 then so that we as customers are aware that YOU DON’T WORK AFTER 17:30. I’m really disappointed at that lady who turned me back. I’ve been with Telkom for over 4 years and this is my first time experiencing such a disservice.
