Disservice none network blocker

The worst network I have ever used. Calling them a network blocker would be accurate. As for service more like hinderance. The amount of times faults have been reported for a none existent ,unstable network that they take forever to resolve or never to resolve. For charging a in house moving fee for moving from one flat to flat in the same yard, cause the owner of the flats needs us to move. Then when we query it we get a lazy we are looking into it reply, but nothing ever happens or happened for a matter of fact. To now when we are reporting a fault and the stuff never gets fixed, or even reply that they are looking into it. Dear reader do your bank account and piece of mind a favour and don't use telkom ever EVER! Do your research and you will see, they can spend millions on marketing but are incapable of providing the service, unless your a giants company. Then they'll try and help.

Pray to God I don't ever get the time to contact all the relevant ombudsman.
