Dissatisfied with Telkom's Customer Service

I was not working in April 2020 due to lock down, salary wasn't paid as the result so my telkom account was suspended.I tried to call Telkom Customer Care and failed to get hold of them, tried Twitter Dm and i was given the whatsapp number, tried that number got no assistance, googled their customer care email and emailed them stating my financial situation and i was promised a 40%, 30% and 30% for the 3 following months to have my bill settled, so i asked via email if the 1st 40% is successfully debited are they going to reconnect my services, i was not answered, i then went to Rosebank Mall to inquire and the lady who assisted me told me as soon as they debit the 40% i must come to the shop and they will call on my behalf to have the suspension uplifted. On the 28th May someone deposited R1380 on my account and they took R1189.32 i didn't dispute the debit but waited for them to reconnect me and that never happened, on the 2nd June again i went to Telkom in Rosebank Mall, hoping that they will be able to locate my debit order and sort out the connection issue, the consultant there told me i will have to talk to the accounts department so she made a call for me until a lady picked up, the agent said my account was handed over to a certain collections department so a request has to be made to collections to have my account reactivated so the lady promised to have made a request for me and i was told my phone will be working in 12 to 72 hours, i am unfortunately still waiting until today. To top it all of i received my bill for June stating that i am owing R1811, i logged on my app with a hope of disputing the bill since they have that option and the thing kept telling me it cannot verify my details.
