Dissatisfied with Telkom

We had an ADSL wifi line with Telkom when there sales team approach us with all nice promises and convince us to upgrade to vuma fibre. We have paid our bill every month and on the statements we received it shows nothing outstanding. Vuma have came to install the line and Telkom had delivered the rooter. It was 2months ago and they still didn't connect us. We all them numerous times just to find out that our services is suspended due to none payment. When you ask to speak to a supervisor they never available. The consultants are the rudest and most impatient that you will ever get. I am very disappointed with Telkom.
