Dissatisfied with Telkom

I am so dissatisfied with the service or lack there of by Telkom. I have a cellphone contract with them and hve sent emails and enquiries to find out when my upgrade is due. To no avail. No response, no call backs. I have no idea what is happening and yet i get my account every month on the dot. Unacceptable!!
