Dissatisfied with long wait for adsl line...

Dear telkom I'm stil waiting for you guys to install an adsl line with me it's been more thank 14days 1stly and 2nd it's a month to month contract which I'll be paying the installation fee this is message of credit rating doesn't count according to your agent whilst opening applying for the contract at first... This is frustrating that I have to wait so long because you holding me up geez I could've opened up another service with another isp... Please give better service delivery you guys suck.
