Dissatisfied customers

Unprofessional. I made almost 15 calls and kept been referred to different department. I have no interest access for the last 2 weeks and the debit me. They don't listen to calls correctly as we did not report the fibre line but the modem and they sent a technician who charged us a call out fee for fibre. This is really not acceptable for a loyal customer tel number ***
