Dissatisfied customer terrible customer service!

<p>So I have a contract with Telkom with was taken out a year ago, however in January I was charged almost double my bill which I paid without a complaints when I called the call center to ask why the person rep**** giving me all different charges and couldn't answer any of my questions so they went on to log a dispute until now no agent has called me about the case.On the weekend that past I called the customer service again to find out about my bill the call went to the Johannesburg contact center which I spoke to a consultant which was not helpful at all !i believe his name was Kabelo I went on to ask about my bill he went on the system an read out the charges so I asked him how is it that no one has called me about my bill he said it doesn't know because the case wasn't assigned to anyone as yet also as telling me the charges he went on to say that this month I need to pay 200 extra just because the money was manually deposited into the Telkom account,so I asked him how is that possible that I was not advised about that than he said he doesn't know I was supposed to be advised about it an went on to laugh as if it's a joke as u went on the asked for his manager he put me on hold for 2 mins or so an comes back on the line to say that he's manager is busy but if I'm willing to wait it's fine he said that he's not sure how long he would so because I was in a rush I couldn't continue with the call.However I don't think that we treated fairly at all with Telkom !</p>
