Dissatisfied customer of Telkom

I ordered a router from Telkom on the 2nd of May and they said it would take 7 days to deliver. They said I would receive an sms notification from the courier company that will deliver it. Till today I haven't received an sms let alone an email from them after sending so many email enquiring about how far my order is.
