Dissatisfied customer

I am so unhappy wit the service I am currently receiving from this company on the 30th of June the debited money out of my account which is wat we agreed upon then now on the 15th of July they double debited me I hav been calling and calling with no progress only getting through machines I want answers now or I am cancelling my contract with this company
