Dissatisfied Customer

Recently signed up for a new contract with Telkom to install 5Mbps DSL WiFi router, I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks without any update, customer service is not able to advise on the progress. I am disappointed, discouraged and frustrated ! Please speed up the process!!!
