DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

Case # ********** 1 (Case # ********** 8). In October 2017 I received the incorrect product. I did advise Telkom the day that the device was received. After numerous call which got nowhere, a call centre agent said I must take it to a store and they will accept it, which I did the same day. My account has been debited when it shouldn;t have been in the first place as Telkom has no rights as I advised that the incorrect product was delivered. My account still being debited for an item that has not been opened and was delivered to Northgate store on the 21/02/2018. My account continues to be debited even after the contract is cancelled. Today the 13/04/2018 my account was debited with R903.08. I still haven'e been refunded my money fot the debit orders that went out on the 30/11/2017, 29/12/2017, 29/01/2018,28/02/2018 and today 13/04/2018. No one returns calls. I get no feedback , all I ever get told is that they will send an email to the back office. . My financial situation is being comprised because of staff being ***********. I URGENTLY NEED MY MONEY AND THIS QUERY TO BE SORTED
