Dissatisfied and Disgusted by the service.

One of the worst experiences ive had to come across , Telkom has been sending letters/sms of none payment when and today 05/04/2021 received an sms that my services have been suspended due to collection when actually they debited my account on the 25th of March and took the outstanding amount which they claim i owe , i dont know how their system work as nothing ever seems updated on their side or systems. now my bill reflects more than double .
