Dissatisfied and disappointed client

Yesterday early morning I called the Telkom store in Centurion next to Game to check for 2 cellphones and keep it for me. We then went into the store in the afternoon to do the upgrade and collect the cellphones. We waited for over 1 hour. Then we were informed that the cellphones cannot be handed to us. Some system problem. They said they will call us in the morning to collect. Still no phone call. Very disappointed client. Telkom needs to do something about this urgently
