Dissatisfied

Really unhappy with the process of how my claim is being handled . Endless calls just for feedback it's like am forcing for my claim to be sorted . The list that I was forwarded was not to my satisfaction I've asked can I add on to get a better option but was told it's not allowed which i find that really stupid. I have been a client for a number of years and I'm shocked about the level of service offered from this whole claim process .
