Dissatisfied
I've had a credit with Telkom for 2years now and been struggling for 2 years to get my money back. I've been to their Bloemfontein office several times with empty promises and no joy. I've been following up with no reply. Perhaps I should consider the legal next step? There are people willing to help, but perhaps their system is just *******? Can anyone good enough contact me and settle this case? I would never in my entire life like to have anything to do with Telkom.
