Dissatisfaction

I've purchased a prepaid voucher and have done purchase for data via cellphone but have never received or been able to load it. When I spoke to the helpline they took reference numbers but no one had gotten back to me ever since. Is that how the companies work now?? Just take your money and don't even have answers for you. This was over a few weeks ago and still nothing it was only R140 but still that's alot of money just gone for nothing. Quite disappointing.
