Dissatisfaction

I am completely appalled at the service I got at Telkom Baywest in Port Elizabeth. I bought a new Huawei Pro P20 phone that I was not happy with within the 7 day period. I brought it back so that I could exchange it with a different phone & was told that I can't replace the phone with a different one despite my dissatisfaction. The phone is currently now not working and its been less than a month that I have had it. I went to a different store today in Johannesburg since I work this side and they told me the phone should have been replaced by the original store. I am currently paying for a phone, that is not working.

I will not accept this Telkom. Not ever.
