DISSAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERTSTATEMENT

When taking up a contract with Telkom they don't tell you that their insurance company is ***, its been days since waiting for admin to send me forms since their landline is always busy hence they give an email address as an alternative but still with email no one responds and in the end they will tell you its been over 30 days for you to place a claim and yet one is still paying for insurance
