DISSAPPOINTED CUSTOMER

Disappointed with the service I received from Telkom, Signed a contract and provided my banking details for debit order to be deducted the 1st deduction was supposed to be in July 2022 , they never deducted and I phoned there customer service guess what was told 1st payment will be deducted this month.. to my surprise I received an sms that my account was handed over to credit bureau. after making several enquiries to them regarding my account and now I AM TREATED LIKE A *****. will never do a business with TELKOM because they clearly don't value their customers. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
