Dissappointed by the poor service

The service i have recieved was so poor and there is no customer updating. i have app**** for home wifi since July 2020 and until to date it still havent been operational. I recieved a mail plus minus 2 weeks ago that they had a problem with a cable and thier sales team will be in contact with me for better options but havent recieved any call as yet, mind you i recieved this update because i enquired, had i not enquired they wouldnt have updated me.
