dissappointed

I'm very disappointed in Telkom. I have a cellphone contract with Telkom for the past 9.. my phone have a charging problem. first I called customer service where I was holding on the line for an hour and no one assists me. when I went on the chat group a lady with the name Nokuthula helped me, she told me that I will get a loan phone well my phone is in repairs. the Monday when I arrived at work there was a email waiting for me saying they cant provide me with a loan phone. I phoned customer care and again I was waiting for an agent to help me for more the 40 minutes. when I finally got hold of someone and she helped me however she told me that i wont be able to get a loan phone when asked why she said its the company rules, when I asked to speak to her manager she asked me to hold on the line, next minute she hang up. I phoned back and also waiting for more then 40 min to get an agent to help me. karobo dube helped me and I asked her to see that im a contract client will I get a loan phone well my phone is in repairs she said no I asked can I speak to her manager she said the manager left at 15.00 when asked can I speak to another manager she said all the managers is busy with they teams and they wont help her. I got angry and said goodbye. Tuesday the courier guy came and fetch my phone and guess what no loan phone. its now two weeks without a phone and guess what they send a courier guy again today to come amd collect my phone like really now. what is the use of having a contract phone well having problem with your phone they cant help you with a loan phone but they are very fast to debt my account each and every month. I feel to cancel my contract at Telkom and never use them ever again.
