Dissapointing service

The service is beyond pathetic. I app**** online for a data deal last week Thursday and have not had any feedback. I tried to follow up this morning with their supposed live chat facility and after 30mins of no response, I got logged out. This is a pathetic service. Can someone come back to me regarding the June 10gig deal?
