Dissapointing

As a telkom customer for years I'm a very much disappointed in their services recently their customer care does go through to consultants.I normally buy the LTE data so I can have a night surfer also as a full time student but my problem is whenever I use the night surfer data ot deducts data from my daytime data abt 200mb.
