dissapointed with telkom service providers.

I have not received any response since i logged a complaint on hello peter what is wrong with telkom? i am very dissapointed i used my airtime trying to call your customer care lines just call me back already so we can cancel these contracts my number again! ********** 005 my name is shezere i dont like what is happening here i realy dont like this.....
