Dissapointed with Telkom Service

Good day

I logged a call for a technical problem on the 4th October and today is the 28 October and i keep calling for the same problem and no one is helping. I was called after a day or 2 that a technician will be dispatched on that day but nothing happened. I always call the technical department but nothing is happening. I sent messages on Messenger and promised that someone will come back to me.I'm really disappointed. My download today is 5.71Mbps while my upload is 0.89. I have attached the results. As far as I know both should be 10Mbps.
