DISSAPOINTED TELKOM CUSTOMER

Good Day, All I am extremely disappointed with Telkom I app**** last week Online for the advertised home WIFI deal that they have. I received a call from a sale's Consultant on Monday and she advised that I am approved I gave her my personal details an she advised wait for a delivery call its been 4 days an I have no response from them. I contacted their Telkom branch's and Contact Centre but was eventually transferred to different Departments with no help. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.....DISSAPOINTING.....
