DISSAPOINTED!!!

Most awful experience, I went to Telkom Key West because i urgently need to do a sim swap because my phone has been saying No Service for the last 3 days, i was there at 16:30, stood in line for 30 minutes, then a lady came out & told everyone waiting in the line sorry they are closed, everyone still waiting outside after 17:00 will not be helped? But they CLOSE at 18:00, I am sorry but this service is unacceptable, i WILL terminate my contract with Telkom & switch to another service provider which will be able to help me better, i work until 16:00 every day, so when must i get time to go to a Telkom store? What if i'm in need of help & my mobile says no service? I Can't even call a emergency number. Telkom i am a very dissapointed customer!!!
