DISSAPOINTED

I have not received a positive answer from Telkom since my last complain, I am so disappointed and do not know what to do anymore, I have been calling their contact agent about my network problem but they never resolve anything, I always buys data which I cannot use because of their poor network all over, I always have the network in a minute and the next minute I am disconnected.

I cannot even use the google map because of this, can they refund my cash I spent in unused data and I will port my number to another provider since telkom is not taking their customers serious
