DISSAPOINTED AND DISGUSTED WITH TELKOM

I have signed for ADSL for the period of 6 months, then I received a call from Telkom number saying that i don't want to migrate to Fiber since well that I was having problems with slow connections of ADSL I agreed, then since 15 November Vumatel guys came and install Fiber at my house, Telkom ADSL and voiceline went off, I told myself that maybe they have cancelled it but I queried with Telkom with the reference number ***1,***4 Telkom guys never came and line is still off. but my bill is R 2303. how come.
