Dissapointed an discriminate

I went to today for an upgrade at telkom in greeanacres port Elizabeth.. The one next to clicks.. I was deeply disappointed in there service..i waited for half an to be help.. Just for the consultant not to help me at all.. My id photo is smashes so I took an copy as proof.. At the beginning when c look at it c didn't wanted to Assit. I even email it to. Delin. She went to the back an told me her floor manager say she or he gnna do an investigation an it will till take 3 working days for an answer an they can't help me know.. I felt like someone who is doing *****.. Because my finger prints matched everything.. On top of tht they can't the phone.. No receive.. Whn I ask to speak to the manager c told me she not here but c told me c was talking to her.. Its dissapointing..
