Dissapointed

I have reported Telekom to helo Peter in October 2019. Copper lines in our area, they stopped replacing the lines and wanted me to keep on paying the contract, with no service??? I was given a bill of R1200 odd, eventually I started paying R50 per month because they where harrasing me. Whenever I paid they raised interest, if I stopped the amount stayed the same. Now I am handed over to lawyers and the amount is escalating. Please this is not fair and I don't know how to solve this problem. Please help!
