Disrupted internet for over 2 weeks now

Fibre can't come into our area soon enough. Telkom is the most useless and unhelpful data/communications supplier ever. They provided us with a rooter - AZTEC - when we signed up for ADSL 18 months ago. Now there is a problem with telkom connections and the Aztec rooter speaking to each other. In less than 12 hours I have had to reset the rooter to have internet so I can run my business from home. I am loosing out on productivity and income because of telkom. I get told that I will be updated and I never ever NEVER receive a call from Telkom. And they are ALWAYS investigating. Surely after 2 weeks with this NATIONAL issue. We can take our ******* rooters and get them exchanged for better quality functioning rooters. Well I guess I have to wait till end SEP for Fibre and then bye bye Telkom.
