Disrespectful workers

The disrespect and rudeness of the lady who works in Telkom fourways is unbearable and disgusting. She has the audacity of making nasty comments about people's outfits, not even to mention gossiping while she's on duty. She made the comment when I was passing by their store, fortunately she was loud enough for me to hear everything.

I went to the store so i can speak to her about the matter, she however gave me an atrocious attitude denying everything and telling me that she's not even sorry for what happened. She was unapologetic and clicking her tounge ("mxm")on me and also telling the manager that she'd rather be punished than to apologize. I couldn't even get her name because they don't have name tags.
