Disrespectful stuff

I went to evaton telkom outlet. The lady in charge was so rude. She has no ethics very unprofessional. She thinks she's doing customers a favour. Can people respect their jobs. She was busy playing with her phone not even bothered to attend to my quiry as a customer. The stuff lacks good interpretation and explanations of products they have at hand
