Disrespectful call agent

I had a call agent phoning me with a product Telkom has. When I told her I am not interested she got angry and said how can I not be interested. Not being interested is not an excuse. When I ask if she is going to pay because I cant afford anything right now I was told o so you are one of those people who wants everything for free. I have never in my life experienced such disrespect from a call center agent. How is she allowed to work with public. This is truly sad what our customer service has come to. Please telkom train your staff what customer service is and to respect the wishes of the customer.
