Disrespectful and Unfair.

My mother being a pensioner, gets threatening sms's by NUDEBT stating that they'll take out a court order against my mother, we were owing a certain amount for our Wi-Fi to be switched back on, they said after 7 days when the payment reflects, they'll switch it back on, now they say that, we still need to pay another amount for our Wi-Fi to be switched on again, their consultants are very disrespectful, they just drop the phone whilst you still talking to them.
