Disrespect by Telkom Staff-poor service

Disappointed service from Telkom. It's over 3weeks ago, I logged in a complaint and thereafter 3 more times to report the line and internet faulty. A rep called but was unable to rectify the problem and left saying we must register another fault. Does Telkom employ qualified staff or do they pick them off the streets. We are losing business and urgent messages from the dept, but Telkom does not care. Pathetic service and very disappointed.
