DISRESPECT BY TELKOM EMPLOYEES IN TELKOM DIRECT MUSGRAVE

Greetings Im Professor Simpiwe Hlongwa, I have been a Telkom customer for sometime now. Before expiry of one contract, I previously had three. i ave since app**** for laptop contract and till today for update. I app**** at Telkom Hammarsdale store but have been told to wait with date of delivery never materializing.

Eventually the Telkom store stuff had ran out of excuses and provided the number belonging to Telkom Direct Musgrave where over the phone THE MOST DISRESPECT FROM NOMZAMO HLONGWANE.

I asked for thier Manager Sugen and was told that he was not available. As Im writing this complaint he is still not available.

NOMZAMO HLONGWANE claims that the Hammarsdale Telkom Store decided to give my ordered laptop to another customer.

I verified these allegations and were proven to be nothing but a lie presented by NOMZAMO HLONGWANE. I say the allegations were untrue because the during my conversation with NOMZAMO HLONGWANE she said I needed to make another order and the question is, if the order was made as claimed by her why should I be making aniother order.

THIS IS ALL CAUSED BY TELKOM NOT HAVING STOCK. Today I called and asked for SUGEN who is a a manager at TELKOM DIRECT MUSGRAVE, this I know because I searched for the numbers and saw that it was Shop 118/119 Musgrave centre. On the call ***, another employee of the store answerered and his name is MTHOKOZINI. I presented my complained and all he did was to DEFEND THE DISRESPECTFUL NOMZAMO HLONGWANE and telling me of scenarios. I DID NOT CALL TO HEAR THEM TELLING ME ABOUT SCENARIOS BUT I NEEDED A LAPTOP, PRINTER, BAD, SOFTWARE. I waited for them to return my call as promised by MTHOKOZINI but till now, im calling the number and noody is answering..

They have caused me a lot of problem as a result of thier lack of professionalism and disrespect forthcoming from NOMZAMO HLONGWANE AND MTHOKOZISI UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF SUGEN
