Disrespect and professionalism on another level

Funny how this company think they can just do as they like, Since May 2020 I have been doing an online payment as I had changed banks and their customer service is very poor they do not return calls even after logging a request to be contacted. My last payment was on the 01.08.2020 however they have logged my accounts for heaven sake how have you been receiving money if only now you log my account. I am very disappointed that you hardly made attempts to contact me personally to find out, I even went to the Northgate branch to update the banking details yet you act like I owe you. I would need to be compensated for the days that you logged my accounts because I do not owe you any cent instead you are doing injustice to me
