Disrespect

Last night Telkom has a coverage problem where I couldn't use their ussd to buy data so I called their call center because whn it does that they normally buy for me but this time I got through a very rude guy by the name of Ntando Mahlaba and he told her won't buy for me and when I asked for the supervisor he said he won't call the supervisor. He was so disrespectful and as shouting me at some point and he even said I can go and complain. This made me so upset if this is how Telkom is going to treat me I'm going to pot my number and make sure everyone around me does the same. That guy doesn't deserve to be in the call center because he is not well mannered.
