DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS!!!!!! Pathetic Service

I app**** for a cellphone contract at Eastgate branch over 4 weeks ago, they had no stock at the time and promised to phone me within a few days. I have heard nothing since and feel it is very unfair for them to not have kept me up to date with my application. I needed this resolved without me having to go to Eastgate Branch to enquire about this! I put in a complaint with Tsholo at their complaints department, and received a reference number but STILL after emails requesting for an answer, I have heard NOTHING!!!! Nobody is providing their escalation process, and I am actually sick of having to run after them!!! Besides the lack of respect I received at the branch, no feedback has been provided to me about this application.
