Disputing telkom charges

Always giving me extra charges which I don't understand then claiming to say that I was told about it which is not true and customer service is no help at all and my services are now suspended and anything they said made no sense to me and when I tried to complain they kept telling me the management will tell me the same this , they were no help at all and I'm at my with end with them because, now I'm expected to pay R586 which makes zero sense at all instead of paying the R59 every month. This is my contract number *** and I'm trying to dispute these debt order rejection because I'm really confused by it and it's not the first time they do this. It's boring now @telkom.
