Disputed account can't be solved

@Telkomza I called in multiple times disputing my bill with them, however each consultant can't help me and I get referred to a different department each time. They ended up getting lawyers on me for my bill which I then told them that in order for me to pay this bill which I am willing to I need my contract so that one consultant that gave me her email address can sort out my bill because I had an add on bundle I've been getting charged for since last year january when each month I kept telling them to cancell it and everytime they kept saying its canceled until I got frustrated and said I won't pay my bill anymore which accumulated to a cost of R1500 just for the add on bundle. Note that the calls are recorded so we can go back to this calls since February 2022. Telkom call center agents are pathetic not to mention the company that only has mostly Kiosk outlets now and are just so useless they can't help you. Friday I called in again to the lawyers to find out if they managed.. guess what they withdrew my file is no longer with them and that's because they realized it's just a *** request from telkom since they can't get my contract which makes me not having any entitlement to pay them .. however I am so willing to pay it month end but no one is willing to help me with my disputed account they got different lawyers now which I'm about to give them the same story.. Friday I called in telkom told the consultant I would like to speak to her manager.. she kept the call on silent for 1 hour 30 mins ..this is the **** service you get from them.. and that's why @MTNza is buying them out.. so word of advice don't go to telkom .. You'll regret it. Bills that they can't sort out for you. Calling lawyers for you even the lawyers end up withdrawing because they realize telkom is just letting them go after charges that are not true. So dear telkom help me with this bill I've been disputing since last year 2022 February or there still won't be a payment.. note this calls are being recorded.. that's what you'll say..so go back to the recordings and see the **** unprofessional job that your consultants do.
