DISPUTE THE DEDUCTION

I am not impressed of what Telkom did! They renew my contract without my permission.I just got a message (on the 15th April 2023)that the deduction will be made and it has increased.

I do not need it! This should be stopped before the 20th of April 2023!

They normally communicate with me by an email but this time they didn't. Instead they sent a message that informs/instruct me of payment to be deducted. Why they never sent it earlier the 1st day of the month? That's unfair and cruel!
