Dispute resolved

i had a dispute with Telkom (***0 and ***3) where i was debited an amount of 700 for 2 months. Finally after 5 months they said they were attending to it.<br> <br> i recently got a message from telkom saying they had rectified the issue and i now only owe R813. <br> i refuse to accept this amount as my monthly bill is R520, how did you come to that amount where i owe you more money than before the dispute. im supposed to get a refund for the amounts i was wrongfully debited on.
