I am writing to dispute the contract and subsequent invoices received regarding the Telkom data package processed by Mynet Holdings on 27 November 2025. I am requesting the immediate cancellation of this account based on the following grounds: I specifically app**** for the pocket router package instead of a home router package was delivered, the advertised & agreed upon price was R484.00 per month, however the invoice that i have received reflect a significantly higher amount which was never disclosed during the sales call. The sales agent provided incorrect information regarding the gadget and the monthly premiums leading to a contract based on false pretenses. The router was delivered on 27 November remained unused and was collected by Telkom's courier company on the 21 January 2026.
