Dispute charges

Telkom worse service provider ever since last year of using Telkom data sim been experiencing issue after issue if they not doubling my charges they not connecting my service what an absolute horrible service.I’ve never had a month where I did not contact Telkom to connect my service even though they debited from my account then later say they charging me for a rejected debit order .Telkom is a total ****.
